Going North on I-95: (From Georgia)

Exit the interstate at SC Exit #8 and turn right onto US-278. Drive 4.8 miles then turn left onto John Smith Road, following the direction sign to Beaufort. Travel 3.7 miles to a stop sign at the junction with SC-170. Turn left on SC-170 and follow 170 East for approximately 11 miles. After crossing the Broad River Bridge, Turn right on SC-802 and follow it for 2 miles to where it meets SC-280. Turn right with SC-802 and travel to the second traffic light. Turn right with SC-802 and go 2.5 miles. St. John’s is on the right where the deceleration/turn lane begins.

Going South on I-95: (From I-26)

Exit the interstate at SC Exit #33 and travel back over the interstate following US-17/US-21. Follow US-21 south to Beaufort. (Approximately 23 miles from I-95).About 0.5 miles past the K-Mart, US-21 south will turn to the right onto Ribaut Road. The Beaufort County Government Complex will be on the right. Follow for approximately 3 miles to intersection with SC-802. Turn left onto SC-802 and proceed 2.5 miles. St. John’s is on the right where the deceleration/turn lane begins.

If coming from Charleston:

Follow US-17 south to Garden’s Corner. Take US-21 south to Beaufort. (Approximately 15 miles). About 0.5 miles past the K-Mart, US-21 south will turn to the right onto Ribaut Road.  The Beaufort County Government Complex will be on the right. Follow for approximately 3 miles to intersection with SC-802. Turn left on SC-802 and proceed 2.5 miles. St. John’s is on the right where the deceleration/turn lane begins.

If coming from Savannah:

Follow US-17 to ALT-170 to SC-170 north. Follow SC-170 until it crosses the Broad River Bridge at Beaufort. After crossing the Broad River Bridge, Turn right on SC-802 and follow it for 2 miles to where it meets SC-280. Turn right with SC-802 and travel to the second traffic light. Turn right with SC-802 and go 2.5 miles. St. John’s is on the right where the deceleration/turn lane begins.
